Graham is head of Building Surveying with over 30 years experience in all aspects of building surveying work ranging from the repair, alteration and refurbishment of a wide range of commercial and industrial buildings through to demolition/site clearance. Acting for a wide variety of clients he has undertaken the preparation of group and portfolio acquisition surveys and planned maintenance inspections. Graham also deals extensively in dilapidations work preparing schedules and negotiating on behalf of landlords or defending claims against tenants. He has saved tenants considerable sums of money over the years with some of his clients saving over £1m by using his services.
