Martyn has been the MD since 2001, having joined storeys:ssp in 1978. He has 28 years experience in commercial property valuation work, rent reviews and lease renewals, planning applications and appeals. He has appeared and given evidence at approximately 12 planning inquiries for a client list including Gateshead Council, City of Salford, City of Carlisle, ASDA, Costco, Northern Trust, Thornfield Properties, Persimmon Homes, and Bellway Homes. Martyn is a rugby aficionado who lives little more than a stones throw away from Jonny Wilkinson. He is custodian of the firm’s Murrayfield debentures.
