Philip joined storeys:ssp in 1989 and has had over 15 years of specialising in rating and local taxation, dealing with rating appeals on all categories of property. He has had significant experience in attending Valuation Tribunals and also preparing and presenting cases before the Lands Tribunal – the highest appeal court in the land on valuation matters. He is also involved in aspects of landlord and tenant work, particularly rent reviews and lease renewals. Philip is married with three grown-up children and enjoys cricket, football, classical music and attending his local Baptist Church. He still regularly plays cricket for a local club.
