We offer an integral service through consultancy for regeneration, development, asset management and planning.  We also draw on our other services to bundle our expertise to deliver an answer to the client’s instruction.  The client’s requirements may be from a company, corporate occupier and increasingly from the public sector.

storeys:ssp has the knowledge of the market and the expertise to guide and solve problems involving regeneration and development strategies, the establishment of special purpose vehicles, local development vehicles or their joint ventures, and bringing a commercial perspective to maximising the value of the client’s assets, such as the preparation of a masterplan and the preparation of viability studies and development appraisals, or reducing liability such as remediation costs and securing development opportunities.

This is supported by strategic analysis of supply and demand in terms of employment sites availability and take up, economic appraisals of supply and demand for housing, residential, office, retail and leisure.

Giving our clients support and appraisals for grant applications, where appropriate, and funding arrangements.

Working through the development proposals, giving clients advice on land assembly and acquisition or disposal, either by agreement or under compulsion, including the creation and running of a Compulsory Purchase Order and settlement of claims.
