Dilapidations - the term "dilapidations" refers to a state of disrepair in a property where there is a legal liability for the condition of disrepair. These repairs are normally the obligations of tenants to undertake as required under the terms of leases. This is a complicated area of Property Law in which we specialise, either when preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords or, in negotiating the extent of work which a tenant is required to undertake.
