Listed Building Consent - where buildings are Listed or within conservation areas Listed Building Consent is required in addition to Planning Permission, prior to carrying out repair or alteration works that materially affects the exterior. Listed Building Consent may also be necessary to undertake internal works within a listed building. Advice can be provided on the need for Listed Building Consent by our Building Surveyors, some of whom are members of the RICS Building Conservation Forum.
