Rating Associate – London

We are looking for an associate (designate) for our busy and expanding rating team in our London office; one of five in the group.  Fully familiar with all aspects of the rating appeal process the candidate will be expected to deal with existing clients work and to generate new work from their own leads and with the company’s newly created marketing team.  Case work will be from referencing to tribunal.  You will have outstanding organizational and negotiating skills and a tenacity that rarely sees you come second.  The company uses Analyse and River Lake to support its rating work.  Based in our London office the patch is London and the South. Opportunities in Marketing – Professional Services

storeys:ssp is one of the UK's leading business rates specialists having been involved in rating appeals for over fifty years.  We make rating appeals throughout the UK for our large client base of property owners and occupiers.

We are looking to appoint up to three new members to our rating marketing team who will be responsible for promoting and marketing the company's rating services to new clients, working from suggested targets you will be responsible for securing new instructions and arranging appointments with senior level clients for members of our rating team.    You will be responsible for achieving key performance targets set by the business.

This is a varied role which calls for excellent communication, organisational and decision making skills and a confident and professional telephone manner.
