CRE Consultant - Due to the expanding client base and diverse range of projects, the team now requires a property practitioner with experience and a proven track record in a consultancy role, delivering and implementing projects involving the following:
- options appraisal and business case
- preparation and implementation of property strategy
- strategy in connection with transformation and change management programmes
- property efficiency savings and performance improvement programmes
- procurement of property and property related services
- project management
- rationalisation and consolidation of property assets
- introduction of new ways of working, including hotelling, remote and home working
- departmental restructuring
- property partnerships, including transfer of assets and property related services
